I am having reactions to a lot of foods and would love to get some relief while also being able to enjoy food and life again at the same time lol! I have been having to take 2 Benadryl at night for almost a year now! I would love if you could recommend something for histamine that doesn’t cause drowsiness. I found you and subscribed, oh maybe a year or so ago… I wish I had known them that THIS was exactly my problem! I got Covid 3 years ago and it completely tanked my immune system. I am still struggling with debilitating symptoms. I tried the GAPS diet twice and it made me SO sick! I lost even more weight I couldn’t afford to lose in the first place. I was STARVING!!! 😑😔 I looked emaciated, my face was all sunken in and I was literally skin and bones… My husband was so worried for me and I finally decided after 5 months to stop. After 6 or so months I went back to it thinking it would be different the second time around. Nope. After 4 months stopped again and said I would never do it again!! It may work for some but I was wasting away. I still make the meat stock because it’s SO good! I have leaky gut and histamine issues that really made itself evident after Covid… My sister has a lot of the same issues as myself. She has read a lot of Ray Peat’s research and articles and gave me this information a while back. I didn’t believe at the time that this was my issue and that I was actually starving. Now I do and realize it’s been life long! I have just started the pro-metabolic way of eating. I have lost a couple more lbs but saw where this is normal. I am finally enjoying food and eating again! 🙌🏻 I am wondering tho, because of my histamine issues won’t the collagen powder really irritate that? I’m scared to even try it!! 😣 Anything else I could do instead? Thank you so much for your videos!! I will be watching a lot more now. Aaaand real gelato is always and only with Pistachios and this is because they put something like nutella (just amde from pistachios) in it and then its something likke ice cream and nutella mix. Thats the traditional gelato.

I tried this with coconut milk and fresh squeezed oranges and it curdled immediately. How is your drink not curdling when the citrus and milk mix??
